HiGo Dispatch – Figtree Web LLC

1. Publisher Identification

The company Figtree Web LLC,
(hereinafter “the Publisher”), offers an online software solution called HiGo Dispatch.

2. Purpose

These T&Cs define the conditions under which:

  • clients access the HiGo Dispatch platform
  • use the associated mobile applications
  • subscribe to a plan

3. Service Description

The HiGo Dispatch solution is a SaaS platform enabling:

  • client management
  • mission management (scheduling)
  • driver and vehicle management
  • geolocation
  • document management
  • Factur-X compatible invoicing

The service is accessible via web browser and mobile applications.

4. Service Access

The service is accessible:

  • via the Internet
  • 24/7 (except for maintenance)

The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Account Creation

Access requires:

  • creating a user account
  • providing accurate information

The client is responsible for:

  • the confidentiality of their credentials
  • any use of their account

6. Subscription

The service is offered as a subscription:

  • monthly or annual
  • automatically renewed unless cancelled

Prices are listed on the website.

7. Payment

Payment is processed via secure third-party providers, including:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal

👉 The Publisher:

  • does not store any banking data
  • has no access to payment information

The client accepts the terms of the payment provider used.

8. Non-Payment

In case of non-payment:

  • automatic suspension of the service
  • possible account termination

9. Termination

The client may terminate:

  • at any time
  • from their client account

Termination takes effect:

  • at the end of the current period

No refund is issued for a period already started.

10. Data

Data entered into the platform remains the property of the client.

The Publisher undertakes to:

  • ensure data security (reasonable means)
  • not sell data

The client is responsible for:

  • their backups
  • the use of their data

11. Liability

The Publisher cannot be held liable for:

  • a service interruption
  • data loss
  • misuse of the software

The service is provided “as is”.

12. Service Evolution

The Publisher reserves the right to:

  • modify features
  • evolve the platform

13. Intellectual Property

All elements of HiGo Dispatch are protected:

  • software
  • design
  • content

Any reproduction is prohibited.

14. Mobile Applications

Mobile applications are:

  • subject to store rules (Apple / Google)
  • dependent on third-party platforms

The Publisher does not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

15. Force Majeure

The Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of:

  • network outage
  • cyberattack
  • unforeseeable external event

16. Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by:

  • the law applicable at the registered office of Figtree Web LLC

17. Disputes

In case of dispute:

  • priority search for an amicable solution
  • failing that, jurisdiction of the courts at the Publisher’s registered office
